QUALITY ASSURANCE UNIT

The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FTTE) Quality Assurance Unit is established with the spirit of continuous improvements to achieve outstanding educational services, to produce highly competitive graduates, and to enhance the quality and quantity of scientific researches and community services.

We run QA based on the cycle of Standard Determination-Implementation-Evaluation-Control- Improvement (PPEPP).

Our services

  • Conduct and organize satisfaction and other relevant surveys to staffs and students
  • Conduct Level 1 and level 2 Internal Monitoring and Audit
  • Facilitate Self Evaluation Report Writing
  • Support Study Program National and International Accreditation

Divisions

Division of External Quality Assurance

This division works with the study program and University’s Quality Assurance unit in preparing accreditation documents including self-evaluation reports and site-visit.

Division of Internal Quality Assurance

This division is responsible for developing and updating quality assurance manuals (standard operating procedure) and forms. Working with the University’s Quality Assurance Unit, this division set and evaluate standard for benchmarking.

Division of Monitoring and Evaluation

This division conducts internal monitoring and evaluation on the achievability of the standards by all study programs in the Faculty.

Activities of the Unit

  1. Developing QA instruments.
  2. Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation
  3. Holding seminars, training, and awareness workshops for quality assurance
  4. Assisting Self-Evaluation Report Writing
  5. Conducting and reporting satisfaction survey
  6. Issuing regular reports of surveys and monitoring
  7. Assisting study programs in site visits concerned with quality assurance and accreditation.
