The opening of the 2021 FKIP UNS Internal Quality Audit (AMI) level 1 activity was held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, coordinated by the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) Division of the FKIP Quality Assurance Unit (UPM).
The Opening of AMI 2021 was attended by 148 participants consisting of Faculty Leaders, Heads of Study Programs, Chair and Deputy Chairperson of the M Control Cluster for S1, S2, S3 Study Programs, Educational Staff, and the FKIP UPM Team.
The Dean of FKIP UNS, Dr. Mardiyana, M.Si officially opened AMI and in his speech, he emphasized the importance of AMI in the cycle of quality assurance and study program accreditation. The Chair of UPM FKIP, Dr. Suharno, M.Si, and staff of the Monev division, Dr. Baskoro Adi Prayitno gave a detailed technical guideline on how the process of AMI 2021 will be conducted. They also addressed several questions raised in the QnA session. During the QnA, the participants involved confirm and clarify matters related to AMI so that a common perception was obtained. The activity closed with reinforcement from the Deputy Dean for academic, research, and students, Prof. Dr. Slamet Subiyantoro, M.Si.
The Internal Quality Audit (AMI) activity is planned to be held from September 1 to 16, 2021. AMI level 1 will capture the achievement of standards in the fields of education, research, and service in 24 undergraduate programs, 1 professional education study program, 17 master study programs, and 5 Doctoral Programs under UNS FKIP.
Dalam arahan yang diberikan, Pimpinan Fakultas menyebutkan bahwa proses AMI ini perlu disikapi secara positif sebagai bagian dari proses penjaminan mutu. Temuan-temuan yang disampaikan oleh auditor dapat menjadi acuan untuk peningkatan kualitas tridharma pada prodi-prodi yang diaudit.
A number of technical directions have also been conveyed at the opening activity to ensure auditors and auditees are aware of the workflow and reporting of AMI and its instruments. Through this activity, it is hoped that the AMI process can run well and smoothly with the support and active participation of all parties involved.
