A total of 424 respondents participated in the latest survey measuring the satisfaction on 18 academic services. For each service, five aspects are measured: staffs’ competence, responsiveness, and empathy, clarity of procedure, and
tangibles/ facilities.
1. Scholarship
1,383 (65 %) of responses on the “scholarship” service indicate that the respondents” are either ‘satisfied‘ or ‘highly satisfied‘ with the service.
2. Outstanding Students Award
1,441 (67%) of responses on services related to “outstanding students” indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
3. “BIDIKMISI” Scholarship
1,481 (69%) of responses on the “BIDIKMISI scholarship” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
4. Charity Funds
1,430 (67%) of responses on the service related to financial support and charity indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
5. Students’ Organization
1,500 (70%) of responses on the “students’ organization” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
6. Coaching-Development Activities
1,485 (70%) of responses on the “talent and skill enhancement” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
7. Document legalization
1,501 (70%) of responses on the “Document Legalization” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
8. Activity Permit
1,370 (64%) of responses on the “activity permit” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
9. Statement Letter for Active Student
1,631 (76%) of responses on the service to obtain statement letter for active studentsindicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
10. Student ID card
1,564 (73%) of responses on the “student ID card” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
11. Tuition Fee Adjustment/ Reclassification
1,313 (61%) of responses on the “tuition adjustment” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
12. Course Selection Sheet
1,669 (78%) of responses on the service related to course selection sheet indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
13. Ondesk Registration
1,682 (79%) of responses on the “ondesk registration” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
14. Score Revision
1,599 (75%) of responses on services related to score revision indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
15. Study leave permit
1,447 (68%) of responses on the “study leave permit” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
16. Extension of Study
1,464 (69%) of responses on the “extension of study” service indicate that the respondents are either ‘satisfied’ or ‘highly satisfied’ with the service.
